The Vultures' Cliff

At the foot of the Aste-Béon cliffs, the Falaise aux Vautours (“Vultures' Cliff”) is a unique “living museum”. Thanks to cameras placed near nests on the rock wall (within the Nature Reserve managed by the Pyrenees National Park), tourists can observe the griffon vulture and the Egyptian vulture.

Visitors can also enjoy a one-of-a-kind “virtual film”.

The site also offers a fun and educational exhibition area: twelve rooms covering 400 m² illustrate life in the mountains, this unique environment shared by herders and large birds of prey.
